Hopefully this is nothing serious, but the reaction of the victims are immediate which means the chemicals inhaled is very strong. Whoever did this knows well about chemicals. Just please stay safe everyone!

i could see someone stupidly messing around with one and spraying it or someone spraying it to protect themselves.
