Request all he likes - he ain’t going nowhere.

He’s on a franchise tag - and should be damn happy to be paid that well.

Cincy gets to see if he’s worth keeping around - another sub par year and he’s gone. He proves he is worth it - he can get the payday he thinks he deserves.

But right now - he’s stuck - no one would give anything of value for him at the moment.
