Tanko's Saturday Siesta Plays 6/18/22

Busy as hell today. Trying to take care of a lot of honey-do list items so I can watch NHL and CFL tonigh.
Rignth now, I'm taking an afternoon break to make some plays.


I like Atlanta vs the Cubs. 2:20 ET
Wright (ATL) is the right play. Pitches 6-8 innings and gives up 2-3 runs. Steele is simlar 5-7 innings 2-3 runs.

Atlanta actually does better against lefties like Steele than righties: 0.263 vs 0.240 avg
Frankly its the ATL bats I'm betting on today 0.273 avgh 0.923 OPS over last 7 days.

Also, ATL bullpen is heads and tails better than the cubs.

The Cubs broke two streaks yesterday.
1) The ATL winning streak at 14 yesterday.
2) Cubs 10 game losing streak.

I think ATL starts a new winning streak today.
