The Supreme Court has ended constitutional protections for abortion that had been in place nearly 50 years in a decision by its conservative majority to overturn Roe v. Wade.

Gay marriage next, it's not a FEDERAL issue, it's a State issue.

All powers not explicitly in the Constitution are reserved to the jurisdiction of the States

Everyone making this about emotion or rights or privacy, etc is just wrong in their opinion of how the law of the land is applied.

It's Federalism working perfectly, States will make laws, people will vote w their feet!

If someone wants an abortion in a state that makes it illegal, they can just go to another state to have it done

Exactly

Noone ever talks about how many would be fathers never even knew.

These women that are flipping out over this are citing emotions and opinions that are baseless in application of law.

It's why, as a Country, we didn't let them vote originally. The understanding of how Federalism works is a difficult concept, and there is no room for emotion in it, otherwise you'll default to mob rule, and subsequently lose the republic and the rights of the "little people", which is what the misguided pretend to protect at the start.
