Suprabets trying to steal my money

Made an account with this site and mostly small deposits. Haven't made a withdrawal and boom! account closed with a generic statement: violated terms 11.5 and we will close account.
Balance withheld and it's not even a big amount. Can see similar cases online with many issues with this book...
Sucks will stick to tried and tested books next time if at all
