I had a dispute with BOL for the longest time (back in April) and I basically chalked it up as a loss of funds. The other day I decided to file a complaint against BOL on BMR, and with in a week Matt and Lou was able to recover my funds! This was sooo much more than the money itself, because BOL literally told me to pound sand, even when I was felt I was in the right. When asked why is the rules and regulation different than those stated on the site, BOL just said "There is no rule link I can provide at this time. It seems to be at the book Manager discretion which is stated on the site rules."

To have BMR help recover this fund, this puts a huge smile on my face!

We came to SBR late in our posting careers to know who most are. I learn from Rudy's posts with most stuff. I will be looking for his answer.
