Launched earlier this week for customers resident in the UK and Ireland. They appear to have a decent range of markets and some nice promotions, but their odds are poor - indeed the early prices they offer on UK and Irish horse racing are little short of insulting (even if they offer best odds guaranteed). Hopefully things will improve as they become more established.
