Stolen money

Do you have any experience with stolen money from gaming account? Somebody stolen my money via cryptocurrency deposit (44 CZK = 1,5 EUR) and withdrawals ( No1 = 200000 CZK + No2 = 150000 CZK = 11400 EUR total). Withdrawal No3 = 150000 CZK was denied by sportsbook because of different proportion between deposit and withdrawal payment methods. I have never used cryprotcurrency, only Skrill and bank card. Live chat operator told me that withdrawal via crypto is limited to the sum of deposit of the same cryptocurrency. Sportsbook no reaction for my complaints (5 days).

I've had the same happen to me a handful of times but it always got straightened out in the end.

You have not contacted me back in the last 2 months either. And I have had no new information to contact you with.

As was explained in the last communication 1xbet marketing office who we deal with is in Kiev.

They have gone silent and we suspect it is due to the war and I have heard nothing more since.
