It's pretty simple. There is a home team, an away team (even on neutral field there are still two teams), and a referree crew.

Together, they get a job done.

It doesn't matter what week it is in the season or post season, these facts never change.

Unless I missed it, how come no one picked the Chargers since they would have to beat the Raiders to avoid playing the Ravens in the first round of the playoffs?

I'm watching the game and wondering why they have all of the starters playing since they already made the playoffs and the TV announcers said that the Chargers would want to be seated 5 so they play Houston instead of Baltimore. Makes perfect sense to me, but be careful what they wish for since Houston is just as tough as Baltimore at home.
