What young talent? They have none outside of hit or miss Pickens on offense, hence the issue. Fields is a total bum, the Steelers never throw in the towel like some loser teams. They aren't delusional that Russ is the future but you work with what you have while you have it. Arthur Smith is hands down one of the worst OC's in the NFL. He absolutely stifles talent on every team he touches. Between the Steelers age old formula of running to win low scoring, close games, and his total lack of inspiration you can't be surprised by the product on the field.
