They aren't a scam, but they are pretty poor nowadays (close accounts far too quickly, enforce ridiculous restrictions on deposits by e-wallet and have promotions and offers which have more strings attached than your average harp). They used to be one of the better online bookmakers, but those days are long gone and, quite frankly, I'm not sure that they deserve still to be on the BMR Green List.

If this was channel 4 racing refund offer then it has always been UK + Irish customers only I'm afraid.

Also in the future its best to read the terms and conditions yourself as live chat will not always know the answer to your questions. Most live chat agents are subcontracted and not official employees, however they do have access to certain account information and direct contact with traders / management who are genuine employees.

I'm guessing from your prior complaints on here that you're a bonus hunter - you should be aware that bookies will close and limit accounts when bonus hunting is suspected. If you don't receive a bonus its generally best not to complain, especially in the way you did. Had you not kicked off and accepted their decision, your account may still be in operation.

As Trevrizent said, it's not a scam book they are just aimed at severely casual punters - they limit and close accounts very quickly

i am afraid you dont know what you talking about ,i have original rules from 11 january if you wand screenshoot with no uk and irish rule,maybe they are not pure scam but very close to it by the way they threat customers,and realy i dont need their mickey mouse account with 5eur max bet lol its just meather of time when these clerks will limit you

I apologise - you were correct. They should have honoured the bet really unless they had it hidden in their general terms and conditions. I've not used them for a while but have definitely seen it say UK + Ireland only, maybe it was in their promotional emails or on the banner on the mobile site.

they changed rules on 17.01 whwn i asked for free bet and they figure i am not from uk and they offer free bet,also their regulator gambling comission was useless replied to me saying i altered screenshoot,lol what you can see i did not touch t^c

Yeah, it's pretty shit. Don't see why they don't offer these promos to people outside of the UK. Promos are there to entice customers into betting so just making them exclusive to UK + Irish seems strange
