Sportsbetting AGO VIP Rewards Program

Hi I was wondering if anyone got credited a cash bonus since their new rewards program is supposed to be launching today February 5th. (similar to how betonline has their vip program)

my status says Im platinum II but didn't get tier promotion bonus credited??
Guess its better for the newer members?
