Can anyone please explain the roll over requirements for SB now? I keep seeing the roll over not calc correctly, in the past 100% bonus 14X roll was very clear to compute but now the roll over calculator just doesn't work properly and when I contact CS they seem to have no idea either after saying I completed the roll over.

If you track your bets separately from the book interface---something you ought to be doing---it should be easy to compute. Otherwise just look through the book's transaction log with your calculator nearby and add it up.

My point is that I do this and the roll over is more than met however and I go to CS and tell them this and they tell me I have a substantial roll over still left over.

Their new platform is a mess. Loads really slow, harder to find games, and the rollover calculator is never accurate.

However, in the cashier if click withdrawal, it will give you a better breakdown of what can be withdrawn and what cannot. That is a more accurate figure than their calculator.

Only bets with the bonus balance count towards rollover. If you bust the bonus balance your rollover is done. When you go to the cashier you can see a breakdown of your different balances when you hit the withdrawal tab.

So if I deposit 1K for 1K bonus and I just play the bonus and it loses then the roll over will be complete? I dont understand how the cash fund available works. It consistently seems like the roll over is higher than it should be.

You have to play the locked cash funds and the bonus. The locked cash funds will be equal to whatever bonus amount you received. Any winnings from the locked cash funds and bonus will go into the bonus balance. Then if you bust whatever that bonus balance is your rollover will be complete and only bets equal to your bonus balance will count towards the rollover. So if you had a balance of 5k and $250 in your bonus balance and decided to go all in you'd only get $250 towards rollover or half that for MLB even though you wagered 5k. Its a strange system that I had to figure out on my own so I'm not sure this is 100% accurate, but as far as I can tell this is how it works. There are occasional glitches, I've lost the locked funds and hit a free play but It cleared my rollover completely.

Is there an optimal way to play the cash funds and bonus? If I deposit 1K for 1K bonus I want 28K to ensure that 28K is the actual roll over.

Is there a way to differentiate between the cash and bonus funds when making a wager? And which browser are you using? Maybe IE is not the best when it comes to seeing balances.

if you find yourself not denting the rollover even though you bet a lot, be aware you are betting with cash funds first (that don't contribute to rollover like they used to). Anyway, take a payout for all that you can (like BAUS mentioned), then bet and you will actually make progress in the non-boost rollover. Boost rollover is a giant mess. It doesn't always reset if you lose, and you better hope you are VIP to get a rep that knows what they are doing.

Any bet you put in first will use bonus/locked up cash funds first, so if you check your balance break down and see you have $300 in bonus funds just wager the $300. That will go towards rollover if it wins (half for MLB/NHL) and if the bet loses you will be done with the rollover completely. Once you get used to it it isn't as bad as it seems. You can withdraw while you have a pending rollover now too. It's just the locked up funds/bonus funds you won't be able to withdraw.

I think ks is making it sound harder than it is. If you've been betting at SB for a few years, nothing recently has changed except their (horrible new) software. The new software at the top treats actual cash funds and freeplay funds as the same when they're not. And the cashier does some sort of horrendous calculation about withdrawable cash funds.

But both can be ignored. If you deposit for a bonus you have a cash balance and freeplay balance, and you have to meet the 14x rollover to be able to take a full withdrawal (unless you whack out both the cash and freeplay leaving your account at $0, then the rollover resets).

I guess now they allow partial withdrawals if you've partially met the rollover? I've never messed with that. And there are many documented cases where the rollover calculator is way off. But at its core, nothing has changed with how a bonus works at SB.
