After doing research on sportsbooks I opened an account at SB in June. I requested a withdrawal about a week ago, I received an email saying I needed to call a number to verify my account. After speaking with a REP they were being extremely rude and said my account was closed. They would not give a reason and continuing to ask and then I asked for a manager. I called the next day and spoke to another REP that seemed more reasonable, they asked for specific docs which I sent in and now I have been waiting for a few days and they are not responding. How do I make a complaint as the inital payout request was made on 8/28.
