After doing research on sportsbooks I opened an account at SB in June. I requested a withdrawal about a week ago, I received an email saying I needed to call a number to verify my account. After speaking with a REP they were being extremely rude and said my account was closed. They would not give a reason and continuing to ask and then I asked for a manager. I called the next day and spoke to another REP that seemed more reasonable, they asked for specific docs which I sent in and now I have been waiting for a few days and they are not responding. How do I make a complaint as the inital payout request was made on 8/28.

Yeah.. they got me too about a month ago. They stiffed me because I had 2 accounts, one that I had opened, never used and forgot about, obvious mistake, but since I technically broke a rule they felt they could confiscate everything.

I would keep hounding them by email and/or phone. I bet they ghost you for a while but if you keep it up they'll likely just pay you in a few weeks. I don't think I've ever seen one of these situations not get resolved (eventually) if you give them what they ask for.

Damn man. How much they get you for?

That’s harsh. I’ve had that happen before but they always just closed one of the accounts

It wasn’t much, 5k ish. The same thing also happened to me with BAS and they just closed one of my accounts and let me play. There is no arguing with their customer service reps, they’re stubborn and profoundly stupid.

Still not getting a response, after speaking with SBR they encouraged me to put in an OSGA complaint, I did this last wednesday but have not heard anything. Any other recommendations? Anyone have experience with OSGA?
