Made a deposit and checked off the box “25% Freeplay deposit bonus.” Problem is they froze the rollover calculator on my account so I can’t meet the rollover requirement and withdraw my winnings. Spoke to 3 different agents, none helped.

Avoid this site at all costs!

I am in the same boat. I haven't reached out to CS yet, but will try. I just noticed it the other day. 25% FP, I am roughly 50% in by my calc, only 11% counted. Last 2 bets I placed after noticing that didn't count towards the roll at all. I am going to screen shot the rollover calc, place some small $20 bet (can't risk the balance going up at this point) and see if the roll changes. If not, gives me something to show CS. Last couple bets were on Futbol, so should count 100% (lesser of risk/reward)

Terrible from a BO family of shops. Wouldn't expect this. Hoping just a glitch.

It has been frozen for me for about 2-4 weeks or even longer. I contacted CS before I made my last deposit (this is before I realized it was frozen). I contacted them because my account balance was zero and it was still showing rollover (separate issue than the rollover amount in the withdrawal section that I commented in my own prior thread).

CS told me that it will reset upon new deposit. After I made a new $100 deposit with 25% bonus, I didn’t check the rollover calculator to make sure it was resetting. I was concerned in getting my bets in time and forgot to check. Not surprising I lost the bet but still had $25 fp. So I wanted to deposit another $100 which was when I noticed the r/o calculator still had the old r/o calculation and it never did reset upon the previous $100 deposit & 25% bonus.

I then made another $100 but no bonus so I can do that live wager promo they were running last week. Anyway, because I knew I still had the $25 fp, that r/o was still applicable. I had to manually calculate if I cleared the r/o. I made a $300 withdrawal and it was processed even with the frozen r/o calculator. So I think you’ll be ok to withdraw but you have to manually calculate the r/o yourself.

note that they recently changed their rollover and balance partitioning. Go into withdrawals and hit the drop down menu and see what your available cash balance is that isn't locked cash funds. Withdraw that. Then use the remaining funds to meet rollover. the cash funds are used first during wagering and don't impact rollover. So if you are wagering with only locked cash and bonus funds it should lower the rollover then. I think this might be why it appears frozen. This is all new for their site and honestly not well thought out
