I saw that they were offering a 2-50 GBP free bet on each of the 28 races at next week's Cheltenham Festival for new account holders who made a deposit of 25 GBP. The deposit only had to be bet through once to trigger the bonus and any winnings from the bonus bets could be withdrawn without any further wagering requirements - at least that's what they assured me. 70 GBP worth of free bets on horse racing seemed pretty generous, so I opened an account - or rather I tried to. The registration process is supposed to take two minutes. Two hours later I still hadn't managed it and, with my patience wearing thin and my temper beginning to fray, I gave up. During this pantomime I spent several minutes with them on live chat. First of all they said that they were having problems with their desktop site which were preventing registration being completed, but that their mobile site was fine and I should register there instead. There mobile site was anything but fine. Every time I tried to register I got a message telling me that my postcode was too short (no matter how many times and in whatever format I entered it) which prevented me from continuing the registration process.

I'm not denying that the offer (SNCH25 is the promo code if and when you deposit by the way) is a good one, but they might as well be offering a 250 GBP free bet on each Cheltenham race if no one can ever register to take advantage of it. Very very poor.

Success - of sorts. Still couldn't register on desktop, but eventually managed to register on mobile (after another two attempts). Have deposited and placed the qualifying bet, so should get the free Cheltenham bets next week - just hope they're worth it after all this palaver.

Was supposed to get the Cheltenham free bets at 10am this morning, but can't log in as their site is down. Maybe the site just can't cope with the volume of traffic, but I'm not convinced. Wish I had never bothered with them.
