Sportingbet and William hill

Wondering if anyone can help. I opened an account with Betdaq and won £600, my account became suspended overnight and they have returned my stake as they said I self excluded from Ladbrokes who apparently own them which I never realised!. So what I'm wondering now is if I can chase sportingbet for all my deposited money as apparently they are owned by William Hill whom I self excluded from a long time ago. Any advice would be appreciated. Cheers

It's always worth a try.Ask William Hill what their policy is,and how it compares with Ladbrokes' policy.

I'm not 100% sure, but I thought William Hill only bought the Australian arm of Sportingbet (www.sportingbet.com.au). I think the UK/.com version is owned by a separate company, GVC Holdings.
