Maybe instead of limiting procreation (which I wish we could do), we could just REMOVE THE KIDS FROM THE HOME. There are tons of people wanting to adopt kids that are in bad situations.

They only want to adopt kids if they are a baby. You know many foster families there are in Florida?? Barely any at all. In my whole county, there were only 2. Just 2 and the reason being that these drug addicted criminals don't lose any rights as a parent. They get multiple visits each week if they want and the foster families set it all up. We got multiple calls daily and kids dropped off all hours of the night. You would not believe the condition of some of these kids. Burns, dirt just stained into them, rashes, open sores, lice. So sad. One family another county over would get calls similar to us and she already had more than10 kids which is way over what you are suppose to have per laws but ok temporarily. There is no where for the kids to go. The heroin epidemic was so bad near Tampa area.
