slow pay Canbet

I had some troubles with this bookmaker, as I made a withdrawal request and they took more than a week for coming back my money..assistance is very low,there is not live chat,at customer service nobody answer,and if you try to contact them by mail,they often don't answer.I think I'll not bet more with Canbet

I have had the same experience with Canbet. I have finished the £1000 rollover for the Bonus £100. I tried to withdraw £512.50 but my withdrawal request is still pending it is more than two weeks now. Some email conversation happened, but they keep lying to me. For my last two email they did not even tried to reply. I will keep you updated, hopefully I will get my money back at the end. Does anyone know how and who should I ask for legal advise if something goes wrong. I will not deposit any more money to Canbet never ever for sure!!!!!

My last payment from Canbet was a bit slow,too.Eventually it came [can't remember their excuse] and they gave me a free bet as an apology.I didn't use the free bet quickly and now it seems to have vanished.
A pity,because now they seem to be offering their own odds - whereas before their odds seemed to be the same as SBObet's.So now I would like to bet with them,but I am afraid to risk it.

They are licensed in the UK so the Gambling Commission should be responsible for their regulation. They are also a member of IBAS, although I suspect there is not much IBAS can do with non-payments.
