Hi all, first post. In November 2019 I reopened my skybet account after 5 years self excluded. For the next 17 months I lost £28,000. Until my uncle shut my account again and banned me for life. During the 17 months skybet never once tried to contact me about my gambling or flagged up the fact that I was self excluded for 5 years previously. I have raised a complaint with skybet. The advisor who helped me, told me that this shouldn't have happened. £28,000 in 17 months. This has broken me. What's the chances of a settlement. I'm banned from every site in the UK. Feel better for it.
