Skrill raise fees.

Skrill appear to have just raised their fees for sending money to other email addresses [non-business accounts] from 1% to 1.9%.This fee is capped at a maximum of 20 euros.

I don't use Skrill myself, but 1% to 1.9% strikes me as quite a hike even allowing for the cap of 20 Euros.

Skrill emailed me to say there was a change to their terms and conditions.I checked and the 1.9 % was detailed in their fees section.Then I made a payment yesterday,and they only charged me 1%.Perhaps they hadn't implemented the change by then - not about to argue,anyway !
