California and Minnesota are not following the law, they dont get federal funds anymore.

Maine sued & lost.
Maine didn't lose....

Chat GPT:
Maine did not lose the lawsuit. Instead, the state reached a settlement with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) regarding a funding freeze related to transgender athletes in sports. The USDA had initially suspended funds for a Maine child nutrition program due to a disagreement over the state's policies regarding transgender athletes. The settlement involved the USDA agreeing to restore the funds and Maine agreeing to dismiss its lawsuit.

I'm not sure the NCAA has much of a role or purpose anymore, in any aspect, of college athletics.

The Courts have taken control of the money and the State politicans have taken control of the eligibility.
U know very well the NCAA approach to solving this tranny vs chick deal will involve creating an entire tranny league. "WHAT....NOW I HAVE TO COMPETE AGAINST CHICK DUDES LIKE ME? THATS RACIST.".....Lia Thomas

Well it's much more than that. There's tens of millions being withheld for things ranging from corrections housing to higher educational funds. The USDA settlement, which corresponded with a State legislature vote on title 9, was a children's school lunch subsidy.

So, the State is still without Federal funds in basicalky any programassociatedw Title 9, but this school lunch program got reinstated, as it probably should have, and the Trans athlete ban remains the law of the land...despite the bizzare and unpopular efforts of several radicalized State leaders.
