Should we all pick one day and quit gambling just for that day?

I do this every morning when I wake up. Then I have breakfast. No gambling... then I take a walk.... no gambling... then I get some work done... no gambling... later that afternoon when my work is done, I have lunch.

And then I log in and fire 15 tennis bets. So you could say I do intermittent fasting - from lunch to dinner and from midnight snack to breakfast ;)

Why? There is money to be made every dayZ

Never leave a winner on the table.

A smart gambler does this automatically.

No one can be sharp constantly - the mind needs rest.

The mind is a muscle - some people are better than others and can go longer and further without resting - but ultimately everyone’s performance diminishes if they don’t stop and allow the muscle to rest/rebuild and strengthen.

It’s when you push too long that you do dumb things - you second guess and make foolish choices. Stay sharp - step away from gambling from time to time and do things that exercise your mind in other ways. For me - it is usually just a day out in the woods or out on the water. No internet - no gambling - no contact with anyone. Re center yourself and find zen - then attack gambling.

Brain is actually an organ that is working all the time and needs some kind of form of stimulation constantly. However being a gambler and around enough of them you start to think it functions as a muscle 😃
