I depostited $4300 months ago and ran it up to five figures. I requested my first withdrawal on September 14. They rejected it, because they wanted a selfie with my ID. Trouble is, my license was taken away for a traffic violation. I only have my old driving license. So they agreed that I could send a selfie with that ID, and a note with the date, and the text "Attention Youwager" written on it. For a period of several weeks, we played a game of cat and (mickey) mouse. I sent seflies with my valid passport, selfies with my expired license. In total 4 separate selfies with my ID and that same note, with the date on it. Apparently none of these were acceptable, because they kept canceling my payouts. Then requesting another selfie. Then canceling my next payout.

After playing children's games for over a month, they made me call in. During this time, I was in contact with someone from their team named Kevin, who behaved in a hostile and very unprofessional manner. Just imagine your typical offshore sportsbook deadbeat tough guy. That's Kevin. I called and their payouts manager wasn't in. They told me she gets in at 9 am, but "we don't really know what time she leaves at." You just don't get this level of service with legal state books.

I got a hold of her the next day, all the while being badgered by tough guy Kevin via email (Bookmakers Review were copied on the emails, so they can attest.) A selfie with my valid passport was not enough. A selfie with my old driver's license was not enough. I offered them to just send the funds back to my bitcoin address that I deposited from. Nope. They insisted that I go pick up a MONEYGRAM order. Feels like we're back in 2007. Only once I went and picked that up, did they allow me to request the rest of my funds via bitcoin. Of course it wasn't that simple. There was a problem with receiving it and I had to go to three separate moneygram locations. Again, you just don't deal with this hassle when you deal with American legal books.

So according to what I was told, I should be able to request the rest of my balance via bitcoin. First payout $10k, received no problem. Next payout, for the rest of my balance, they reject it for not entering the authorization code. I entered it, but whatever. I request it again, enter the code. Again, rejection email. They tell me to call in. I call in, their payouts girl is in a meeting. This level of service, again, you just won't find in the US. It's typical for countries like Costa Rica. But we have options now.

Finally, they did send me my money today. But it took, in total, 35 days, 4 phone calls, 7 rejected payouts, about 20 emails and a BMR complaint.

I am so done with this mickey mouse shit. From now on, it's going to be Bookmaker, locals, or legals for me. Just no reason to deal with BetPOP and these other scammy Costa Rican offshores. They don't offer good promos. They don't offer reduced juice. I'm sorry but I prefer to sweat the game, not the payout, thank you very much.

Is this behavior reflective of a B+ sportsbook? To me, it feels more llike a C rated book. Yeah, they'll pay. Reluctantly. But you'll deal with jumping through a bunch of hoops and hotshot losers who think they're tough because they run a scammy offshore. Why would you do that to yourself, when there are such better options? Took me a month to get paid. Legals pay in 30 seconds. Bookmaker will send out $25k and it takes 5 minutes. BetPOP: Give me a fucking break!

Wow, what a nightmare of an experience you've had! I can only imagine the frustration and anxiety you've felt throughout this ordeal. It's situations like this that make people hesitant to engage with sportsbooks, especially when dealing with withdrawals.
