I just wanna warn everyone about 18bet.com

1. you cannot combinated more than 5 games ( which is possible in all online bookmakers )

2. you cannot combinated LIVE BETS ( which is possible in all online bookmakers )

3. you cannot combinate over/under , 1 x 2 or both team scores ETC . . . basicly you can only combinated what they OFFER you !!!!

4. you cannot combinated different leagues....example japanese league + english league + france league . . .

5. the markets they offer you is like +25 . . . but whenever you try to combinate with different teams they do not allow that . . .

6. if you received their bonus offer that means they are going to eat your money...do not bother to spend your time there....they will cancel all your winnings and eat your money without reason....

7. when you have problem with them they will BAN your I.P and you wont be able to connect 18bet.com

8. when you have problem them you will have to wait more than 30 minutes for live help.

so DONT DEPOSIT HERE . . .STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!

One last tip for you - rather than keep venting your hate for this bookie on everysingle thread / forum on the web, just fill out a form on here or sbr and let them take care of it for you.
You will of course need to be patient as it will take time to get resolved. The more and more you post claiming your hate for this bookie, will just end up putting you on 18bet's "pain in the ass" list - meaning they'll just leave your complaint for as long as possible before attempting to resolve it (trust me, this does happen). There is a big difference between contacting a company regularly in an attempt to speed things up and being a PITA / acting in an aggressive manner in order to get your own way.

Yes, bookies do actively read forums and with the information given they will know who you are. So to keep going on will not help your case it will only hinder it

Read the terms in future - YOU violated term 11 and therefore have no reason to complain. Slating a bookie on here because YOU were a moron and failed to read the terms / failed to place a bet correctly 2 times before doesn't make them thieves.

Sorry it's not what you want to hear but unfortunately it's your fault and I have no sympathy for you.

If I violated term 11, they had the opportunity to cancel those bets and any winnings generated from them, but they chose to reclaim all bonus and winnings money, total €240, only because I played two or three bets of €1 on the same selection !!!
This is called abuse and theft, even if you do not have sympathy for me.
