Upstate NY weather is awful. I grew up near Sam. I remember the blizzard of 96. 36 inches of snow. My Dad had a dealership at the time. We spent 2 days cleaning snow ugh

Monday 8-6
Tuesday 12-6
Wednesday OFF
Thursday 8-4
Friday 8-6
Saturday 8-6

Covid actually improved our lives, we used to be open unitl 8pm. so Monday, Thursday, Friday I would work until 8pm. So 6 less hours roughly per week less and home 2 hours earlier every night. So much better We do the same business with less hours open, it's great

Saturday is still the best sales day of the week overall. On average we do maybe 3-5 sales week day and typically 10+ on a weekend

pre covid, we would do mid teens EVERY saturday. Used to do almost 200 cars a month, now maybe 120ish
