there was a supplement that mirrored The Clear called "Ergomax" before the pro-hormone/designer steroid ban. best thing i ever used.

baseball and wrestling got me into working out. we all knew the baseball players were juiced to the gills just b/c of their builds. even when they wore big jerseys you could see the size of their bodies and the size and definition in the forearms. i reread the above article and i laugh at how MLB pleaded ignorance all those years.

now you have peptides and SARMS besides the regular steroids. peptides are out there and super effective. highly recommend if done safely of course.

bonds' forearms were huge and all of the vascularity too. look how big he wore the jersey to try and hide it.

I've never seen the side by side comparison but after looking at that you can definitely tell
