Anyone here at BMR have close ties to big wigs at BookMaker.eu? Such a great book. Pays immediately but have read others having bad experiences with their customer service and just happened to me as well.
Have been with them since 5D shut out USA. Have had 10s of thousands in transactions back and forth in that short time frame. Have only gone into chat a few times to have them grade a play or ask they are offering any new bonuses during holidays. Today went in about an issue that others have complained about since their maintenance upgrade last Summer/fall and same issue just happened to me with a bet saying it wasn't accepted only to log off and back on to see it was accepted twice. Luckily, it was only a tiny risk 144.48 play(make account even $700 and complete rollover). You would think after 5-6 months that this shit would be fixed? Clear as day that it was a book error related double bet. Who bets 144.48 twice? Max bet on that sport is $250. If I wanted more would of did max bet and not 144.48.
My problem is since when can't you ask for a manager/supervisor in chat just because that operator doesn't deem it necessary? It is not like I am a small bettor either. I withdrew my remaining balance and will deposit elsewhere(got it immediately). Offshore needs to get their shit together with customer service, BM isn't the only one.
WTF kind of response is this when asking for a manager? All my further questions were ignored.
There's a supervisor monitoring every conversation, they would've intervene already if necessary. This situation cannot be escalated since by principle, there's nothing that can be done at this point. It's like requesting to return a meal that has been already eaten.
Tickets have been graded, now it is not possible to make any change to them.
Please make sure to report situations like this as soon as possible since once the tickets are graded, nothing can be done.
