I deposited $1000 with bookmaker and I won another grand, and the book still hasn't paid me out. After the initial hassle with the book I came to BMR and I read some of the stories on here by panther2203, jww2987, bravenewworld, daib, torontogyal and others. It seems like this is becoming a trend and it is an ongoing issue with them. I'm verified at many other offshore sportsbooks and I'm able to bet and withdraw with no problem. I never accept bonuses and I sent in all of the KYC requirements that Bookmaker asks for. So what's the hold up here? If a book doesn't want to pay out winners, then they shouldn't be in the business. I'm starting this thread to warn other players. And I will be making a much bigger deal about this if I don't get the $1900 I requested.

Resolved. Was able to withdraw, received the $ and everything a-ok.

Every book does that now. It’s intentional they wait to hope players lose the money

What was the timeline here? Once you provided KYC/documentation to BM, how long until they verified? How long until you received your money?

Because the 1st and 2nd posts -- they're only 100 minutes apart.

Going through KYC/verification for a few days......that isn't unusual. But a few weeks, that's worth a compliant.

@pragmatic The situation is all good now. Sometimes it requires management to step in because lower level staff does not have the know-how to handle KYC in a timely manner.

sportsbettor5. Bookmaker paid me so all good. Yes, at the time I was a fairly new player (My account was about 1 month old at the time.) My opinion on them now has changed; I think they're one of 3 professional offshore books, I like the way they do business.

8/10 of the slow pay cases are resolved. Only @daib and @elvisa4317 's cases are outstanding.
