*Resolved* Betanysports lost bitcoin deposit for 1k

First and foremost, I’ve been using Bitcoin deposits for sportsbooks for over 10 years, there is no possible way that this lost transaction have blame shifted towards me. I just deposited 1k into my BAS account by generating an address from their website. They’re stating that the address the address generated doesn’t match the address generated from my account which is absolute bull. I’ve deposited 3k, 3.5k, 3k, in the past 1.5 weeks and all of them had no issue, but this 1k was lost and they’re altering responsibility to me when I simply copied and pasted the address from their website. I would be very careful sending them bitcoin, there is clearly a glitch in their system. That is proof of my transaction.
