Absolutely but I'm talking more about the game itself.

All these stops and starts because of the referees. It's becoming unwatchable.

They don't let the players play.

Think I'm just going to not watch the games anymore even if I bet them.

I'll use that time for something else and find out later if I won or lost.

It's really just not a watchable, enjoyable game anymore.

I'm getting tired of the refs swallowing their whistles on obvious pass interference calls both in college and the NFL. The defender is draped all over the intended receiver and nothing is called. I've seen about 5 of those this weekend alone.

So, there's been yet another "leak" of the so-called NFL "script" for the upcoming 2024 season. You know, the one that has fans questioning whether the league is rigged or scripted

The problem.with the refs is their complete inconsistency.

They selectively choose what they call. They let others stuff go despite it being an.obvious penalty.

The other issue is the game itself.

Too many stops and restarts.

There isn't any flowing action.

By contrast, hockey and soccer are non-stop action.

Then you have the TV timeouts, coaches timeouts, etc

It's a really bad scripted product everyone is somehow addicted to.

Sometimes in basketball if a player is fouled but retains the ball the refs get lazy and just let's it go. If the ball ends up as a turnover sometimes they'll call the foul.

A call is going to give one team the game and cost the other team.

These nationally televised night games are always controversial for some reason.

Yes.

The holding call that stopped the Packers drive.

Would have went up 4, Lions would then need a TD to win.

Instead, forced to kick a field goal to tie and Lions come right down to kick a field goal to win.

Shady fukkin league.

I missed vast majority of the game due to Flyers game.

The pick/offensive pass interference was sketchy. Every good team runs those types of plays in the red zone or goal to go situations. The refs decide those.

One other thing, Goff hands the ball off and his knee hit the ground before the RB took the hand-off.

If he does that while trying to kill the clock off at the end of the game the ref blows the play dead on the spot.

Why not there?

Detroit picked up a first down on the play that was massive.
