Anyone got good book recommendation to read up on sportsbetting? The Logic of Sports Betting Book by Ed Miller and Matthew Davidow, literally saved me thousands on sportsbetting.

One concept of how to use Freeplay made a big difference. Buying lines that are -110 with free play is like throwing money away, when you should be shopping for lines that are +250 or higher. When you put $110 to win 100 with free play, even if you win you only get $100 back and not the freeplay ticket.

Also figuring out how vig was caculated in a multi outcome even like who wins in Super Bowl was a game changer.

So you guys got any good reads?

I’ve never really read any either. I am not sure if they would be helpful or not. Most likely you’re just reading someone else’s opinion on what to do

Never read a gambling book and probably wouldn't even interest me as so much has to do with the books you are using and lines/limits you get. Maybe a money management book on a new concept would be interesting.

As far as free play, research books rules before even accepting the bonus as most just are not worth the added rollover to accept it. BOL has so many damn specific restrictions on what free plays can be used for and rules on prices as well. I was able to find a few alt lines in NBA but that was the only thing close to +200. BAS you can at least use it on anything including parlays that can make the bonus huge like I just hit with 2 of them. The best is BM and the cash bonus, you are already a winner for that added rollover.

I agree, I usually use the freeplay from BOL on hockey o/u or hockey moneyline.
