Random dude shoots 59 first round PGA tourney

Everybody made the cut in my DK lineup, that’s always a good sign. It means I have a shot. I’m about 12 shots back of the leader lol.

Always amazes me no matter how good I think my lineup is in those things there’s always someone with a perfect or near-perfect lineup

I only play golf during majors (play nfl weekly) but funny story first golf contest I ever entered was 2000 Masters $5 entry and won third place for $600.

Was leading most of the day for $2500 but slipped to third last 5-10 minutes of the tourney

Cashed out almost all of it

It was funny Rudy actually offered some sage advice and told me not to get hooked on them and that they are highly addictive.

So have hardly ever played them after that and when I have it’s been very limited success, nothing near the first win

Yeah Rudy knows his golf & even for him it’s hard to keep those accounts +EV. The 1st one I ever did in golf DK fantasy about 4-5 years ago I was lucky enough to place in the top 5 & won like $300. We have similar stories that was the best I ever did. I think it was a 10K tourney not sure. Bounced around from 2nd to 5th the final few holes was fun to experience.
