Raiders signed a 6'6" 350 lb monster out of the IPP program.

The same program that produced Jordan Mailata from the Eagles.

So I'm not exactly clear on what happened with this dude but apparently, he was set to sign with the Detroit Lions and something happened and the Raiders stole him from Detroit.
