Yes have no clue why they didn’t get more from him

As a Giants fan I like this move. All Devers may need is a change of scenery. He'll play third until Chapman gets back from his injury then I think he'll split time between 1B and DH. The interesting thing though is the Giants have a hot prospect in Bryce Eldridge waiting in the wings to play first so maybe Devers will just accept being the DH because he was brought on for his bat in the first place.
