Is Rodemaker a HEALTHY scratch for this bowl game?

I saw that he entered the Transfer portal. And I know he was dealing with injury late in the year. If Rodemaker is a HEALTHY scratch, that takes the cake.

Here's what I mean. Team is 13-0, they got thru the Louisville game via team toughness. You're now playing a name opponent.

When the matchup was announced, everyone knew that the two snubbed opponents would be playing with a lot of opt-outs. Put yourself on the Seminole roster. Chance to finish a perfect 14-0, chance to show yourself.

Is Rodemaker really bailing on his teammates?

1) Why wouldn't he stay/play/showcase himself?
2) Is he afraid of having a bad game against a good defense?
3) Lastly, look at the # on this game. -19, lol.

The bowls have become a joke. If any NFL team ever drafts Rodemaker, they get what they deserve.

transfer portal is doing as much or more damage than the one and done, something need to be done about both imo
see your point CK but I think a player has a right to transfer and play that current year. Would you want coaches to have to sit out a year before they get paid in a new gig? If anything is ruining the purity of the sport its the money factor. Just look at all the conference realignment and the Fla St. lawsuit against the ACC.

what im being told from the front office insiders of the acc here, fla st, clemson and unc will leave the acc, also va might leave as well
Ckid, Chip Kelly made the wisest comments I've heard. Conferences are pretty meaningless at this point. BTW, "conference" implies a series of H2H matchups.

If the conference is now too big to have annual H2H meetings, that's not a conference. That's a league.

I could see a pod system with 4- or 5- regional foes. You play them annually and then play a mix of other teams. Also, Kelly pointed out one huge flaw in the current NCAA setup:
*Majors versus Mid-Majors.

The Mid-Majors (or Group of 5) should really have a separate playoff. No sense in lumping those teams in with FBS when it's virtually impossible for those teams (like Liberty) to make the playoff.
