I'm going with Wisc on this one. I anticipate a dog fight and think the +3 should push Wisc over the edge for a cover. They may win outright but I think its going to be a close battle and the pts will be important.
Purdue's recent "Big road" games against Mich St and Mich were both losses. They are 2-5-2 ATS in the last few games. They typically lose when held to < 70-72 pts (1-4) and that is what I think Wisc will need to do tonight to cover. Purdue has a potent offense but I think Wisc keep it in check.
Wisconsin is 3-0 ATS when listed as a small dog over the last few weeks (Rutgers, Indiana, Mich St). Recent performance indicates when they hold teams < 73 points they win. If they allow over 73 pts, they typically lose.
The big 10 title is on the line and I like home teams in those situations.
Hopefully, the handshake line after this one won't resemble a UFC match.
