Purdue -8.5 @ Ohio State

Interesting game on slim card after a busy Saturday.

Purdue of course is the much better team and OSU is just aimless after letting their coach go.

-8.5 isn’t bad but OSU knows their season is over - win this one on the home court and feel like they did something.

-430 money line and no need to worry about the spread.

I don’t know - it’s a hard one for me to decide whether to take a position in or not.

Bucks 10-4 at home - but Purdue has managed to go 5-2 on the road. I’m leaning Purdue here - but would probably play only the moneyline. Purdue has managed to play down to inferior competition. I don’t think OSU has an answer for Eddy here - so long as he doesn’t take himself out of the game - should be good.

O/U at 145.5 - if going Purdue I’d go under as a compliment. Maybe put a little on OSU and over 2 teamer if you lean that way as Bucks not winning this one without some hot shooting.

Coaches don’t generally get fired when a team plays well.

I’d agree - the prevailing thought is teams who just lost a coach either pull together to “win one for coach” or show they can win without him around.

That said - I just think this Buckeyes team is a victim of their own success. Too many guys got good ahead of schedule and moved on - leaving the team exposed with no experience when they thought they would have Juniors and Seniors to carry the load.

I like the other 3 early games better today - but Purdue ML if your inclined to bet this one - or Buckeyes first half with points.

FAU getting beat down by USF on the road - no real surprise there - FAU should not have been favored in that game against a good USF team that’s won 10 in a row - at best should have been pk game.

Yea - there are few teams who could win it all. Very open though.

FAU on the verge of a very big comeback - down 15 at half - now down 1 with 22 seconds left.
