So the Nevada legislature failed to take up a bill to help publically fund the new Stadium in Vegas for the A's.
Roughly $380M of the $1.5B project would come from the public. It is getting some push back due to the public paying for pro stadiums.

Compare that to the Bills new stadium where they are receiving $850M in public funds for the $1.5B project. The Titans exceeded that public amount with $1.2B coming from the public for their new stadium (total yet to be determined).

I know they always say there is a payback having a pro team locked in to your city (not sure that is always the case) but, damn, this is getting expensive.

Besides, these owners are billionaires. They really don't need public money but they are leveraging the threaf of moving fleece the public.

A's owner is a billionaire, why he can't just pay for it?
