Problems with expekt!Please help!

I was opened account on expekt.com in may this year.Since that I was place bets on their site.In september I was try to make withdrawn via skrill(I was made deposit with same method and same email address).Expekt sent me email with request to sent them my documents in few emails they request from me my passport, id, bill, print screen of skrill and print screen to see 3 deposit from skrill to expekt, PICTURE WITH ME WHERE I HOLD MY PASSPORT and bank statement.All that documents I sent to them but still they do not let me to make withdrawn.Please can you help me with this problem I do not know what to do else.Thanks in advance

I bet few years and this is a first time that happen to me and I don't know what to do.Expekt cut my limits so I can bet any more, I place bets from may to september on soccer, basketball and handball.All clean bets and when I want to make withdrawn they cut my limits and they dont want to sent me my money.I must to say that all documents that I was sent is verify only a bank statement is a problem.But I don't know why is a problem.I sent two documents from my bank.Thats documents give me my bank and it is on my full name and my full address(like on expekt account).Expekt replay to me that documents from bunk is not ok and that they require another documents.But that two documents is the only documents that my bank can give me with my nam, address, IBAN, Swift

p.s. I was not use any bonus from them only deposit my money and play with them with good run

Tupivko, Expekt is not classified in here but I can say I have also an account with them and it is limitted for some years now. The main reason is that they limit players who win there. Not an ethical thing, but this is a measure that almost books do to cut losses. Despite this fact, I belive Expekt to be an honest book with deposits and payouts. Please verify if the bank statement you send has more than 6 months. If longer, they can ask you for a more recent one. Send pics of you holding all documents. At the latest, ask them why the bank statement is not good.
