Problems with BetFred,sistematic investigation and closed accaunts

Attention on BetFred,they sistematic made this on many accaunts!

I made there some 20 bets,one normal withdraw,and after New Year in start of Januar 2015 they closed my accaunt like they closed it to many others costumers like i read on other betting sides,with same reasone, that will made investigation on it! I dont know what will investigate,i bet normall bets in LIVE,here and there some prematch bet,i dont play for big money,some 50-80€ maximal!

And now TODAY i have still closed accaunt,becouse they still made investigation there.....2 MONTHS already!!!

Clear fooling from costumers! Dont open accaunts there any more,this with investigation made more and more,so say also punters on many betting sides! Many didnt recive money,they simply say that some bets was wrong and voided,or simpley say that you have some numer of € there,wich must be much bigger....after so long time no One cant remember wich bets was this void,so they cant made complains,many also cant any more in accaunts,so is unpossible to know,how mach money you have there,i dont know also any more now! I have some open bet or two when they closed my accaunt!

Stay away....ignoring with closed accaunt after 2 monts becouse of investigation is tooo much,this cant be serius and safe bookie!! Save your money,nerves and time and bet on safe and fear bookies like Pinnacle,SBO,bet365 and others!

Did you get your money paid out?

Bookies are entitled to close accounts if they deem the account unprofitable for them. It's basic risk management

As Yourmum says, bookmakers are entitled to close any account at their discretion. If Betfred don't owe you any money, then just forget about them and take your custom elsewhere. Are you saying that there is still money in your account which you are not being allowed to withdraw or are you just angry with Betfred because they have closed your account after paying you in full?

Perhaps he has unknowingly bet on games suspected of match fixing??? A lot of complaints when a game has been investigated do seem to always involve live betting

I bet last bet like i remember on some tenis match on win,normal tenis bet. I didnt never bet on some fixed matches or something like that! They investigate my accaunt already 2 months,this mean that is closed for my log-in,and that i have still money there on accaunt. What they do 2 months if i placed some 20 bets,i dont know....of course i am angry on this work,this is not normal! 2 months!!!

We are not saying you deliberately bet on a fixed match, but you could have bet on a tennis match that was fixed and you didn't know about it. When an event is involved in match fixing - almost every wager on the event is held until an investigation is concluded.

What was your bet? How much? What tennis match was it? Was it pre match or inplay?

Also what do you mean by your statement

Are you saying this happened 2 months ago and now you are complaining??? Why leave it so long if this happened then??

I dont know wich tenis i bet,i take this tenis from some public-open betting side,i like reasons why is first player bether with bigger odds (arraund 2,50 was odds),i have some money on BetFred where i didnt placed so many bets like on others bookkie wich i use,so i simpley bet there,bet was on winner...i dont know nothing abauth some fixed matches. Like i say,i am sure that i didnt place more then 80€,and this tenis was in prematch.

With that i mean,that i didnt place many bets on BrtFred,so i dont understan,what they work 2 months. So long they investigate my accaunt already. So long i cant in to my accaunt,so long i have some money there........

While there could be another reason why Betfred closed your account or are investigating, what I was trying to say is if you bet on a match that was fixed - even if you didn't know it was fixed, then the bookie will investigate and withold payments / investigate. It doesn't mean you are involved, it's just part of the security process

So you say,that if some bookie closed you accaunt for 2 month,that this is normal?

Sadly,yes.Some bookies only want punters who fit a certain profile,and quickly close down punters who do anything to ring alarm bells.
