maybe a lil. add to your mailbox walks, just 2 days a week of full body heavy compound resistance movements like sled pushes/pulls, presses, rows, hinges, squats and 2 days of cardio and you'll be feeling and looking great too. plus just everyday life gets easier. my mid back and knee popliteal space used to hurt pushing a mower in the yard for 20 mins now I push the equivalent of 2 fat asses for 10 mins 2x per week and feel great
