Premier sportsbook...looking for experiences

Account here for couple years. Couldn't stop losing and kept depositing. Now balance in the 5 figs,
and completed all rollovers. To my dismay, it seems you can only withdraw up to your last deposit amount. So deposit 1000,
all you can get out is 1k/week, which still wouldnt mind (annoyed as hell though). Collected 4 weeks in a row, now they are saying
delays due to post super bowl demands. If its big amounts I'd understand, but delaying already paltry 1k/week payments on a 10-15k balance account?
Also they are saying have to keep wagering even though cleared all rollovers and a lot after in order for account to not be 'idle" whatever the fcuk that means.
Whats the point of playing if you win and takes forever to collect, or you lose (cant win either way). Can someone help? TIA.

Wow, I would play as conservative as possible still "appearing" active and continue to take what you can out weekly. I wouldn't ruffle any feathers. I have not heard of this book or don't see them on BMR's rating guide.

I played there for some months and when I won it was the same... Account going idle rule. Makes no sense but I played a few bucks for 3 weeks. Had the same 1k/week thing also. They did pay over 3 weeks tho. Owner was cool while my "agent" seemed to go on vacation when I won.. owner made it right in the end.

Thank you for your reply. Did you have a certain dollar amount or weekly amount you had to give or just one bet/ week or what? I keep sending emails for clarity but no one is answering of course. Do you know the name of the owner or have any information where I can contact him directly?
I've already filed a complaint and told to hold off if I don't get paid by next Monday.
And yes my agent also mysteriously disappeared after I started winning funny how they answer so quickly when you want to deposit.

I'm forced to wait until next Monday because they said they're changing processors or some bullshit which is complete nonsense

Sorry forgot to mention they reverse limited my account cannot bet under $500 and no more than 600. So they are essentially forcing me to wager 500.

Today is coming and going being promised payment, and its making me sick having to bet 500/game just to keep account active. payout guy said should be back to normal but haven't gotten shit again. If I dont get some significant payments soon filing full complaint. And I mean yesterday.
Also no one says how much, how often need to keep betting, THE most ridiculous hidden rule ever. Ive never heard of a rollover being completed, and a book forcing you to wager to stay 'active" and collect. gave them a bunch of action over weekend, lost some juice, still havent paid since about 2 weeks ago.

A few shittier books have this rule. JazzSports family, for one, has it in their written rules. It is ridiculous though. It's like a bank saying that you have to keep using your credit card if you want the ability to withdraw cash.

And what the policy completely ignores is that, even if you don't play at all, it's in their best interest that you've kept you money deposited with them during that time. So they're punishing you for doing something they should pray that you do. What perverse incentives.

Carib did this to me back in day.

They had a drop down box and only let me bet exactly what they wanted me to bet, no more, no less.

Glad they did this to me so I got out before they started stiffing everyone.
