During his own father's funeral? I understand there is a time and a place to try and apprehend someone but it's certainly not doing a funeral IMO... And why shoot??

Plainclothes officers seeking a man at a funeral in West Virginia fatally shot him soon after he helped place his father's casket in the hearse, witnesses say

Witnesses told the AP that officers opened fire without warning while pursuing the man at his father's funeral as part of a US Marshals investigation.
