Pinnacle Withdraw Delay

Hey guys, hope you can shed some light on this.





I've been using Pinnacle for maybe over 4 years now, had no issues withdrawing thousands of dollars.



This previous Friday at midnight, I withdrew only $100 CAD, and it has still not yet gotten to my bank account.



I have spoken to them numerous of times, they tell me it's the merchant and that they are working on the problem.



Has this happened to any of you guys before?

What method? Interac Etransfer is the only method that would hit your bank account on a weekend.

I did Interac E transfer.

They just got back to me, they told me they reversed the withdrawal and asked me to re-submit the withdrawal.

I'll keep this up to date.
