Hello, I am posting this message to seek help regarding an issue I am experiencing with Pinnacle.
Currently, I have funds deposited in my Pinnacle account, but withdrawals are blocked. There was even a period when I couldn’t deposit, withdraw, or log in to my account, which holds a significant amount of funds.
It has been 6–7 months since the issue occurred, yet Pinnacle continues to provide only automated responses, asking me to wait.
