Hey guys , hoping you can shed some light on this.
Currently I have around 10,000 CAD in my Pinnacle balance.
They blocked the withdrawals on my account, because I have to verify a credit card I used to deposit a month ago.
Initially, they had asked for a picture of the credit card. It went through fine.
Then, they asked for a picture of the statement, showing my name and card number and Pinnacle transaction.
The upload tool, from my end apparently is not allowing me to submit anything besides the actual physical credit card.
This issue has been active for a week, I don't know what to do.
They continue to tell me, that the relative department will contact me.
Can someone please advise me on what to do, and if they have experienced this before.
