My Pinncle account: QP1554523
I feel so desperated almost 3 weeks from losing my balance and being ignore from Pinnacle.
On Oct 18, I had $397 in my account and in same day it showed on $4.76. I contacted Pinnacle right away, they said my account was performed a withdraw of $375 +$ 18 fee which I did not requested.
Then they blocked my account and asked me to send the ID for verification and I also did twice.
I contacted CS at least 30 times and they kept saying they are still investigating and finally no answer. They also block my account again.
***Just to note for Pinnacle payout procedure, it sent a withdraw link to account holder email and account holder needs to click on the link to activate the transaction. In this case, I never received the withdraw link as usual ( in case someone knows my account). Money was just gone.
I know Pinnacle for over 15 years and it was a popular book but I could not believe it changes so much nowaday.
