oh man....hmmm i mean based off of who i still listen to now id say foo fighters or pearl jam. i also like stone temple pilots. are those considered grunge era bands lol
Not so much foo fighters, but stp & Pearl Jam most definitely

Grunge era was mainly 90’s & ended in the 2000’s.

I was never really into Nirvana much but I must say their appearance on MTV unplugged was one of the best performances I've ever seen. if you've never seen it definitely worthwhile.
Totally agree, my Pops has said the same exact thing to me.

I think I may have seen that back then. Don't remember too well but always liked some of their stuff. Need to revisit that one thanks.
Well I surely did & it was very good, love them as well.

Hate this song and never liked this band.
To each his own. Layne is one of the best rock vocalists of all time and it’s not debatable. The melodies between him and guitarist Jerry Cantrell are incredible. As stated, the unplugged gig was excellent. And Layne was probably at about 50-60% at this time because of his drug addiction.

Layne sure did love his heroin, then again so did Kurt.
