It's a death penalty trial

So they dive into EVERYTHING in the kids past to develop "mitigation"

Meanwhile, the prosecution has to explain all aggravating factors AND each victims family is entitled to take the stand for any duration of time they'd like, along with any other people impacted by the shooting.

You're like to see weeks upon weeks of crying moms soas to skew the jury towards death.
